We hope you are delighted with your purchase but if not please note the return procedure below:

In compliance with the distance selling regulations, you may return an item(s) to us unused  within fourteen working days of receipt for a full refund (the customer will cover the cost of the return postage). Outside of this fourteen day period, items can only be refunded or replaced if faulty.
